Who I Am
I’m Neeta Kamble — a lifelong learner and leadership consultant, driven by the ambition to ignite positive change. My work is grounded in authenticity and the belief that embracing our imperfect selves allows leaders and organizations to truly thrive.

My Journey
Over the last 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across industries like IT, ITES, Consulting, Healthcare, and TIC. Each role has given me the chance to design and deliver people-focused solutions that drive business outcomes. From leading capacity building in large organizations to guiding start-ups and MSMEs through scaling stages, I’ve experienced both the challenges and the triumphs of transformation.

More than anything, I want every engagement to be a transforming experience — one that leaves leaders stronger, clearer, and more confident in their own path.
